Oscar Navarro is invited to the “33rd Music Festival of Canarias 2017”, as guest conductor of the Municipal Symphonic Band of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, performing a concert tour of the Canary Islands, where he highlights the premiere of “Paconchita “(Latin Overture) in the Symphonic Band Version.
