Oscar Navarro receives official recognition by the city of Downey, Los Angeles, (California) for his work dedicated to this city – “Downey Overture”. At the same time a concert is performed by the Downey Symphony Orchestra in which the “II Concerto” for Clarinet and the overture “Downey Overture” are played.
